This spell was created by the wild mage Theodosia of Baer (my nickname's Teddy Bear) to humiliate and toy with enemies she'd rather not kill. When a Power Word, Meep spell is uttered, all within the target area are afflicted with uncontrollable laughter. The subjects fall prone, laughing manically, and can take no actions until the spell duration ends. Creatures with 6 hit dice or less laugh for 4D4 rounds, creatures with 7-12 hit dice laugh for 2d4 rounds, creatures with 13-18 hit dice laugh for 1d4 rounds, and those with 19 or more hit dice are unaffected. The spell is also ineffective against any creature of lawful humor-impaired alighment. (A similar but less effective spell is the 5th-level power word, hunh spell created by Theodosia's apprentice, Romaeo [romeo - a friend of mine] causing moderate annoyance and disrupting spellcasting or sound-based effects.)
Figurine of Wondrous Power: Moonstone Maggie
This small figurine transforms on command into a small, multicolored, furry
dog. All who see it in this form must make an immediate Will safe (DC 30)
or smile stupidly, saying "Awww, how cute!" for 6d6 rounds. In addition,
there is a 5% cumulative chance per round that that those within 20 feet will
give up any food in their possession to the Moonstone Maggie. This is not
without benefit, however; those who have fed Maggie are +5 to hit and damage
against felines for 24 hours. The Moonstone Maggie has the stats of a dire
wolf in dog form with the following modifications: AC21, # of attacks per
round 3 (nip, claw and pee), Damage per attack: 1d6/2d6/Fortitude save (dc
25) or behave as if enveloped by Stinking Cloud, SR22, Alignment CG. lol.
From my Good Friend John. *smile*
