Joey's Texas Hold'em Rules
on "Joey and the Poker (episode #31)"
Alex teaches texas hold 'em to Joey. The problem is that she makes up rules so he wins all the time. Thinking that he can play the game he accepts an invitation to play celebrity poker.
Here are some of the rules...
| ~2 Jacks are bad - you lose ("it's a gay thing"). ~Queen without a King - she's sad and hungry, so she eats chips (you win the pot). ~7-4 - Givsey-Taksey Rule - trade hands with another player. ~ 5 = Shield card (but only if you put it on your forehead) ~All 4 suits on the table = Texas Earthquake/Goldrush - Table gets shaken, chips go everywhere, everyone dives for the chips. ~7-2 - Take shirt off another player. |
Quote when Alex rushes to the set to try and tell Joey she made up the rules before he goes onto Celebrity Poker and makes a fool of himself...
Alex: Joey, I've got to talk to you for a second OK?
Bobbie: He's busy.
Alex: No wait it's important!
Bobbie: Honey, Ive been drinking - unless you wanna be punched or made out with, get out of the way!
