I was carrying my 4-5 year old son... He was a little blonde just like his father, and my hair wasn't much darker than that. I was going through a parking lot that was just "too cheesy." I was trying to find my way back to our car. My husband was going the right way and I turned a little right and went up these small set of stairs. I had to turn around and go back down the stairs to get back to where my husband was. I dropped my child - He slipped out of my arms (he was sleeping) and fell through the stairs I was going back down. So I went back the 2-3 steps and got him. He'd slipped through the stairs a bit, was just now waking up, and had had his head stuck almost in a little creek running underneath the stairs. His head was dry, but I freaked because I thought his head was reallllly swollen. My husband said it wasn't, then I realized it was okay. Flash. I was dropped off at school by my ex-husband's father... he was being nice to me. So I went to class and reconnected with one of my professors from my Master's program. I mis-spoke and said I was in my 3rd year of college but then realized I'd graduated and told them I'd graduated with my masters. They were happy for me.) I asked if I could stay for class and she said I could stay for some of it, but not all. I stayed for about 10 seconds after that then told everyone I had to go, but good luck with everything. I was going by this other room where these 2 chicks were having an argument. One chick (A) was getting revenge on this other chick (B) by showing her some horrible video or something. I walked through a ghost to get into the class. The thing on the tv was the ghost of the girl that Chick A wanted to get revenge on chick B for. Apparently chick B had accidentally killed the girl on the tv? After about 2-3 minutes I tell them that "that's enough," and that Chick A had done enough to get Chick B's attention. My facial expressions were in Chick A's favor, but I was being professional. So they both settled down. I stayed a bit longer and spoke with the 2 girls. One was being pretty outrageous. I loved them both I think... (like my own daughters) The one (Girl A) got on the table with her hands and knees and was getting in my face while I sat in a chair on the other side. I held the side of her face (she was reallly blonde too) and told her that it's okay, this was "a safe place" to show her feelings and that I was here for her. The other chick started saying realllly nasty things about the one whose face I was holding, and I started to pay a bit more attention to her. I asked Girl B why she was saying those things, and she admitted that she didn't belive them, but it was making her feel better about herself to say them. I made their relationship better by being their therapist. (During the conversation they'd thought I was a professor, but then realized I was just in a grade higher than them, but that it didn't matter because I was still acting professional and was caring.) Then I turned around to go and the room had been modified while we were talking. There were now 4-5 other children in there and there was a LOT of chocolate in the room. And they were getting ready to sell chocolate. Apparently 60% of the children in the school were going to sell chocolate. I wished them luck and left. I walked through the hallways of the school (unlike any school I've been to) and finally walked to the end of the hallway which opened out into the play yard. (I was walking beside the principal who noticed my awe and she said they have "unique" hallways here. I walked out and was blinded by the dark? I couldn't see inside this car, but they flashed the headlights at me so I figured it was my ex-mother-in-law come to pick me up. I have to open the door to see her. It's been a long time so I didn't recognize her, but she said it was her. So I asked where I should get in, and she said in the back, because the car would be unbalanced otherwise. I got in the back and it ended up being in the front, because she was okay with me now. (I'm wondering if she's just died???) Anyway... I ride with her back to my ex-husband's property (salvage yard). And she's hitting curbs, she's driving through parks almost hitting trees, she's finally on a road but it dead-ends into a t-junction with a dirt road (I know, not consistent). But she goes straight, over a huge pile of debris. And I'm trying to not make my foot go through the floorboard with all the stress I'm feeling - I don't want her offended that I'm scared of her driving. And we go over this Huuuge debris pile, and over a very black debris pile that's just small black brass rings or something. And then we're there safely. I go into the house and am in my room or something - and my son comes in to tell me something about "mary." and I said I didn't remember her name (my ex's mom). He is congratulating me again on being so kewl. All during our convo I'm trying to stick tinnnny tiny legos into another container, and they're not all fitting. Then I wake up because I have to pee. (Aren't you glad I did if you're reading this? This thing's LOOONG.) Anyway... wow huh?
