So I was talking to my parents around the coffee table. Nice, generic, older parents. And they tell me that I'll have plenty of money to go to college, and won't have to worry about things. I'm pleasantly surprised and kind of inquire as to why I'll have THAT much and they tell me that they're moving and won't need to worry about it. Then they show me where they're moving - a little island off the map that they have to pull an extra projection screen down for. Maybe it starts with a c? Looks like a longish thinish splotty island. They won't need money there. So I'm wondering why they have to move "outside the coast." I call my mom and the cell doesn't go through. So I call right back and then it rings. Some male answers in a hesitant voice and he says that they won't be in yet. So I leave a message for her to call me. In the meantime I call my brother because I'm worried about her and we leave for the island. When we get to the island the first thing I know of is talking to this guy in his house with his woman. They're evil. We end up being tortured - more on that in a minute. Somewhere in there is an obstacle course... It's in the ocean. After going through it - swimming, sliding, I meet Tom and he confuses me. I thought he was going the same way, but he's going the opposite way. Then I watch him go backwards and realize I didn't do everything the way he's doing it, the way the course was probably made for. He does a pull up and pulls himself out of the water and sits on a railing for a second looking at what he needs to do. He seems all serious - everyone does. (Everyone as in me, my brother or someone else, and him...) Then I spy the huuuge water gun (water cannon), and want to get in that action to have some fun and shoot other people going through the course (I get the mischievious feeling, or playful feeling, not the wanting-to-hurt feeling). I swim but end up on the shore about 30 or 40 feet past the gun. (I was only about 10 feet from it while on the obstacle course because I'd somehow passed it.) I look, and there is a shark and a dolphin swimming around on the course right around the water gun. There are tubers (I don't know what underwater plant life they're called) sticking out that the shark and the dolphin go through to get inside. I start swimming around, avoiding the dolphin and the shark who are simply swimming in and out of the thing and around the thing. I get into one tuber by holding my breath, putting my arms to my chest and being sucked into it. Only I've gotten into the wrong one. So there are 2 other characters in there besides myself (cartoon characters maybe?). They say that if we get into the wrong tuber that we could be in for a "very long time" and that the air will run out. Somehow I'm out again and trying to get back to the water gun. I get down to the bottom and see 2 dogs at the bottom (I think they were dogs). One looked like a version of a small black poodle. That's all I can remember of that - and it took place... probably before my brother and I got to the island. Back to the torture scene. Dude has us spitted and there's a fire in between us but it's not to cook us. We're about 5 feet apart. He's cut bits of our skin, he's dislocated so many joints. THEN he tells us that he's doing this because we're everything he hates - the reason he is on the island I think. Before he just gave us a bad vibe, but now we know he's downright evil. His wife is no where to be found. Then, he starts twisting our arms back properly, and put our clothing and our skin back together. My brother doesn't want him to touch him again but can do little to protest. My brother jerks his arm and it comes out of Dude's grasp and spasms. Dude just goes on with readjusting the arm to look almost normal for when we leave. We are bloody and torn in spirit and body. Maybe this was a lesson for us, or he just wants to fuck us up because we're that evil to him. That's all I can remember from the dream before our alarm went off at 3:30a! (Everything's fine.) It's really weird - having been tortured in my dreams for being what a lot of the rest of the world see's as American.
